I decided to install a stainless steel bearing instead of a standard one for the possibility of a failure of the sealing pack. I also made a new waterpump spacer out of hardened stainless steel (X46Cr13 - 1.4034).

The chain guide needed replacement, too. The rubber was off on both guides. See below my solution (carrierplate made of aluminium, guidance of PTFE):
