  • 12.10.2001: funny things... pictures from the market

  • 12.01.2002: Further problems with new hydraulic TA: Another Busak & Shamban sealing in experimental stage.
  • 12.02.2002: The Busak&Shamban RVA000040-T40 S seems to work, I also changed the piston rod for a new 4h9 hardened one. I calibrated the TA yesterday and it seemed to work fine without loosing pressure.
  • 15.03.2002: Back to the roots: After manufacturing a transparent tool I detected the cause for the leakage. A standard O-Ring is more flexible than the special hydraulic sealings, so Im trying now to install one. Hold on.
  • 29.04.2002: Ordered the parts for two new hydraulic TAs, stainless steel, double-sealing, guidance for the pin made from bronze. Please keep the fingers crossed for me!
  • 07.05.2002: Recieved the springs, bronze guidance and piston rod (hardened), the parts are still in production

  • 05.09.2002: I received all necessary parts for the new TA! Will assemble the next week to send one to Juhani for testing reasons

  • 02/2004: Brought the car after the winter sleep to its new home - started immediately at about 5C after a few turns - TA seems to work well
